Al Wahda Football Club has signed a  memorandum of understanding with the Al Nahda National Schools group for a period of three  years

 

The agreement aims to enhance collaboration in both the institutional and sports fields, reflecting the social responsibility of both entities.

 

The memorandum was signed on at Al Nahyan Stadium.

 

Mr. Ahmed Awad Al Otaiba, the Deputy Chairman of the Al Wahda Football Club’s Board of Directors, and Ms. Basma Saeed Abdullah Al Jeneibi, the General Manager of National Renaissance Schools, signed the agreement. The partnership aims to strengthen social communication between the sports and education sectors.

 

The club seeks to enhance its societal role by discovering talents in schools, refining their skills, and promoting voluntary community work.

 

Students from the Renaissance School will volunteer with the club in official matches or tournaments, and support for school and sports activities will be provided. The community will be invited to attend the club’s home matches at Al Nahyan Stadium, along with annual football festivals sponsored by the club.

 

Abdullah Salem Al Jeneibi, the Executive Director, expressed appreciation for the support and social care emphasized in such agreements.

 

The memorandum aligns with the club’s strategic plan to reinforce its active role in society, offering programs that contribute to individual development, especially in sports.

 

The club’s management looks forward to enhancing cooperation and fostering fruitful relationships with various institutions.

 

Basma Saeed Al Jeneibi, the General Manager of National Renaissance Schools, expressed her happiness in signing the memorandum with the Unity Sports Club.

 

She highlighted its positive impact on collaboration between the educational and sports sectors, contributing to showcasing the academic and athletic talents of outstanding students and supporting the club with the school community’s attendance.
